Founder and CEO of Evolve, is an experienced executive performance coach, award winning facilitator, and an organizational development consultant. For over 20 years, Tim has been working alongside executives at Fortune 500 companies, startups, family businesses, and non-profits to ignite their vision, culture, and organizational performance with experience in the technology, real estate, construction, aviation, private equity, banking, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and food service sectors.

Tim is a strategist, team builder, and culture advocate at heart. His early work in school systems, YPO leadership development, keynote speaking, and hundreds of business facilitation opportunities provide clients confidence knowing Tim is an expert in how to achieve their personal and professional vision.

Tim has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance, economics, and education. Additionally, he is a certified Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and a certified Prosci Change Practitioner.

Tim lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and 2 children where they love lake life, playing sports, and seeking adventure wherever they can.

Elliott is an experienced Evolve executive performance coach and management consultant. With over 10 years of developing C-suite executives, their teams, and their families, Elliott’s approach seeks to impact and improve both financial and human capital. Elliott has served clients from Fortune 100 to the nonprofit sector, with experience in the technology, real estate, government, aviation, food service, private equity, and manufacturing sectors.  His previous experience working in nonprofits, sales, logistics, and consulting has equipped him with a unique set of coaching and advising skills that helps him cut through the noise and push his clients toward success. As a coach, he is fearless about speaking his intuition and truth and takes a direct approach to driving outcomes.

Elliott is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI, a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a certified DiSC Facilitator. He is also certified as a Prosci Change Practitioner and has helped many companies with their change management solutions.

Elliott lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his family of four. He enjoys traveling, cooking nightly family dinners, bird watching, and everything sports.
